EPL: Man City upset West Ham to win fourth consecutive title

Manchester City have defeated West Ham 3-1 on Sunday to win the Premier League for the fourth consecutive season.

The champions wanted to avoid dropping points in their last encounter of the season and went about it in emphatic manner.

Phil Foden netted an early brace in the first half to soothe the nerves at the Etihad.

And when Mohammed Kudus drew one back, Rodri restored their two-goal lead.

City have now become the first team to win the English top division four times in a row.

Arsenal finished with 89 points, despite their 2-1 win over Everton at the Emirates.
