The artist made the announcement on Thursday via Instagram, explaining that the show had to be canceled because the organizers didn’t live up to their end of the deal.
Within 30 days of purchase, he said, ticket purchasers would get a full refund.
“We regret to inform you that Burna Boy’s concert at the stadium on June 9th, 2024 has been cancelled due to a failure by the event organisers to meet their contracted obligations,” he said.
You can get your money back if you buy a ticket within 30 days of the purchase.
“I adore you and I will see you soon [love emojis with the Netherlands].”
