During his nine years as manager of the Premier League team, Jurgen Klopp has shared some of his favorite memories with Liverpool fans.
Sunday, the Reds host Wolves in their final game of the season, and the 56-year-old will be in command of the match for the final time.
The Premier League, Champions League, FA Cup, and Carabao Cup have all been won by Liverpool during Klopp’s leadership.
As of right now, Klopp’s favorite match is the 1-1 draw with Manchester City.
“Our best performance this year was against Manchester City,” he stated at a news conference.
City was never under our authority before that day. On that day, we were unstoppable.
It was a different game when we won before. We were on fire and scored some unbelievable goals, but we’d never previously been able to dominate a game against such a formidable opponent. So, for about an hour, that was my favorite.
After that, Klopp picked out his favorite goal, assist, and save from his stint with Liverpool.
“Alisson Becker scored the best goal, Trent Alexander-Arnold had the best assist against Barcelona, and Alisson Becker made the best save against Napoli,” he continued.
